His hands-on leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in developing proprietary in-house ERP systems, as well as implementing, customizing, and integrating leading platforms like Oracle Fusion ERP, SAP, and Odoo. With over 30 years of experience in technology, Mr. Abdullatif is a recognized leader in digital transformation, IT strategy, and the successful delivery of complex technology solutions. A graduate of North Dakota State College of Science in 1988 with three degrees in Information Technology, he also hold more than 13 certifications in IT, project management, and ISO standards?demonstrating a long-standing commitment to innovation, quality, and professional excellence.

Mr. Abdullatif has held senior leadership roles including Vice President of IT Solutions, CEO, General Manager, CTO, and Senior Project/Program Manager, with expertise spanning cloud strategy, software development & enhancement, cybersecurity, AI, ERP systems, business analysis, digital transformation, BPM and workflow automation, and both cloud-based and on-premises IT architecture. His strategic and hands-on leadership has empowered organizations in both the USA and Saudi Arabia to achieve their most ambitious technology goals.

In 1986, he played a pioneering role in the Arabization of PC systems, helping introduce localized digital solutions to the region. In 1999, he was instrumental in resolving Y2K challenges for major organizations across Saudi Arabia and the USA, ensuring uninterrupted business continuity at a globally critical moment. Among his many milestones, Mr. Abdullatif led the digitization of over 120 million traffic documents for the Saudi Traffic Police, dramatically improving access and operational efficiency.

At Saudi Information Technology (SIT), Mr. Abdullatif delivered secure, large-scale IT solutions for national-level projects with entities such as the Ministry of Interior (MOI), Ministry of Defense and Aviation (MODA), General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), and many other public sector and security entities. His leadership and innovative approach drove an 80% increase in company revenue, aligning technical excellence with strategic business outcomes.

At Cirrus Logic, Austin,Texas, USA Mr. Abdullatif led the technical management of all applications and databases related to the Ingress Manufacturing ERP, including full SAP integration, end-user support, and comprehensive training programs to ensure operational efficiency and cross-team alignment.
